山楂25g陳皮15g洛神花20g洋甘菊2朵話梅6顆冰糖120g純凈水2000ml

①將山楂、陳皮、洛神花、洋甘菊洗凈后倒入2000ml水中,中火煮開②煮開后放入話梅(那種咸咸酸酸的硬話梅),轉小火燉煮30分鐘左右關火③濾去步驟2中所有的雜質④加入冰糖,攪拌均勻⑤晾涼后飲用(喜歡冰爽一點就加冰塊兒啦)

酸梅(咸酸硬那種)20顆麥芽糖漿600g水750g

①酸梅加水,放入鍋中,中火煮開后轉小火再燉煮30分鐘;②過濾煮好的酸梅水,濾去雜質(只要酸梅水不要酸梅了),繼續(xù)在鍋中小火煮;③緩緩加入麥芽糖漿至鍋中(對的,邊煮邊加糖漿),攪拌均勻后關火;④晾涼后罐裝,放入冰箱冷藏⑤需要吃的時候,舀一勺出來兌水喝就是即食酸梅湯啊~~~⑥拿來做酸梅蝦酸梅肉也不錯(今天不放配方,自由發(fā)揮吧么么噠)

①鳳梨洗凈切片(約5—6mm一片),晾干表面水分備用②玻璃瓶洗凈風干③從瓶底開始,一片鳳梨一層細砂糖,直到裝滿瓶子④話梅見縫塞進去,封好瓶蓋,放入冰箱冷藏腌制一周⑤需要吃的時候取一片菠蘿一顆話梅放入一杯水里攪和攪和就行

需要一個玻璃瓶青桔(小桔子,桔仔)30粒酸梅(硬硬的那種咸酸話梅)30顆蜂蜜適量(一大瓶)

①青桔橫切一半(不要完全切斷),去籽,中間塞一粒話梅,然后合上壓緊②包了話梅的青桔放在蒸盤上蒸6分鐘后,關火晾涼(蒸盤上的汁要留用,不要倒掉)③把蒸好晾涼的青桔放入玻璃瓶底部,整齊地排一層,倒入蒸盤上的水,倒入蜂蜜蓋過底層青桔④再擺一層青桔,倒上蜂蜜蓋過青桔......(重復)直到所有的青桔擺進罐子,蜂蜜蓋過青桔,蓋嚴實蓋子(如果是鋁蓋請先蓋一層白布)⑤陰涼處腌制3個月就可以啦,需要吃的時候取一粒放入一杯水里攪和攪和就行,冷熱皆宜(親測止咳有效)

小番茄適量話梅適量糖適量水適量果醋(可選)適量這東西實在是沒有啥具體要求,吃多做多,吃少做少,喜歡話梅味重一點就多放點,喜歡甜一點或者你的番茄比較酸,那就多放點糖。高興就好高興就好~~~

①小番茄洗凈,輕輕劃一刀(不用劃十字,一刀就行)

③撈出小番茄,放入涼水(可以喝的涼白開或者純凈水)中靜置一小會兒,給小番茄去
