- 方子的量也可做一個7-8寸塔
- 容器尺寸不一樣,烘烤時間也要調(diào)整
- 雞蛋可以打散后加入到乳酪餡里,防止水油分離
- 松子的量可以按喜好添加
- 塔皮可以先空烤5-10分鐘,防止底部被乳酪餡浸潤
塔皮酥脆,乳酪餡清新不膩,是非常優(yōu)雅高級的味道。ricotta相比奶油奶酪(cream cheese)也更加柔和,就很適合做Torta della Nonna,來更好地凸顯檸檬的清香。酸酸甜甜,太適合夏天了!
